Our lab consists of undergraduate research assistants and graduate students at California State University - San Bernardino (CSUSB).
Founded in 2023, the STAR (Self-regulation, Technology, Assessments at Work Research) Lab is directed by Dr. Nicholas A. Moon, Assistant Professor of Psychology at California State University. STAR Lab focuses primarily on research concerning self-regulation, including personality and individual differences, technology (e.g., generative AI), and assessment development in the workplace.
